Here's an idea for a project, a Good Neighbors recipe book proceeds to go to...

I was thinking that if we get enough great recipes to actually put together a real cookbook we could produce a Good Neighbors Mideast Feast cookbook (or whatever title, I'm not so good with title marketing, heh) and market it on the site and maybe other places and all the proceeds we get from it could go to one or more charities or cooperative initiatives that we all decide on.  What do you guys think about this idea?
